Gurukripa Kids College is officially registered from Nursery to Class 8. Classes 9–10 are conducted under Gurukripa Academy. The institution is committed to academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development of students.

Admission Policy

School session runs from April to March.
Admission forms are available at the school office.
For Class 1, minimum age: 5½ years.
Written examination (English, Maths, Hindi, Science) required for higher classes.
Transfer Certificate required for students from other schools.
Valid Birth Certificate must be submitted at the time of admission.
Admission is subject to the discretion of the Principal.

Withdrawal Policy

Transfer Certificate issued only after written application and clearance of dues.
In case of disciplinary issues, the Principal may request withdrawal.

Promotion Rules

Promotion based on overall yearly performance.
Students must appear in all examinations/tests.
Minimum 80% attendance required to appear in final examination.
Missed examinations will not be rescheduled.
Year-end result is final.

Library Rules

Library remains open during school hours.
Silence must be maintained.
No marking or tearing of pages allowed.
One book may be borrowed for one week.
Late fine: ₹1 per day (maximum up to book cost).
Lost books must be compensated.

Co-Scholastic Activities

Participation in co-curricular activities is compulsory unless medically exempted.

Guidelines for Parents / Guardians

Ensure regular attendance and discipline.
Sign the school diary regularly.
Inform school in writing in case of prolonged absence.
Students must not bring mobile phones or electronic gadgets.
Parents should meet teachers during PTM only.
Grievances should be addressed amicably through the Principal.
